Is TicTie Calculate Required to see tickmarks, calculator tape, and cross-references? | No, Tic Tie Calculate is only required when applying these features. Once the document has been updated and saved it will be viewable to anyone that opens the document. |
Can I use a Different PDF Program with TicTie Calculate? | Our program is only compatible with the Adobe Acrobat line of products 11 and higher (NOTE: this does not include Acrobat Reader, which cannot edit PDFs so will not work with Tic Tie & Calculate). What do I do when I get a message that states "Activation Error: Max installs exceeded"? | When you see this message it means you have no available licenses left for activation. An administrator on your account can release a license in the Online Portal for reuse. |
