General Questions

Is TicTie Calculate Required to see tickmarks, calculator tape, and cross-references?	No, Tic Tie Calculate is only required when applying these features. Once the document has been updated and saved it will be viewable to anyone that opens the document.
Can I use a Different PDF Program with TicTie Calculate?	Our program is only compatible with the Adobe Acrobat line of products 11 and higher (NOTE: this does not include Acrobat Reader, which cannot edit PDFs so will not work with Tic Tie & Calculate).  Tic Tie & Calculate will not work with any other PDF software. What do I do when I get a message that states "Activation Error: Max installs exceeded"?	When you see this message it means you have no available licenses left for activation. An administrator on your account can release a license in the Online Portal for reuse.
How can I edit a calculator tape that has already been printed?	Double-click the tape to edit it. For more information about the calculator, Click Here
Is TicTie Calculate compatible with Macs?	TicTie Calculate is not compatible with Macs; it is only compatible with Windows PCs. For system requirements, Click Here.
How do I Free Licenses for Use?	To free a license, you can delete a user or purchase an additional license. For instructions on deleting users, Click Here.

Can the bookmark zoom level be changed?	The zoom level is set to 150% by default in Adobe. The default zoom level can be changed in the bookmarks menu. For more information about this setting, Click Here.
