Online Account Version 5.x

TicTie Calculate version 5.x only. See our How to Check Your Version article for more information. 

Your online account for TicTie Calculate is used to manage your paid licenses, and account settings, and create bookmark templates. You can log in to the portal 1 of 2 ways:

  1. Click here for a direct link to the log-in page.
  2. Select Manage Account from the TicTie Calculate menu in Adobe®

After logging in, you will see 4 sections in the left-hand navigation panel; Account, Users, My Profile, and Support

Account

This section allows Managers to update account information and add/edit bookmark templates. 

Account Information

Important

License ID, Expiration Date, and Seats Allocated are fields that cannot be modified. If you need to renew or add a user, please contact service@safesend.com or see our Purchasing and Renewing Licenses article. 
  1. Click Modify to edit Account Information.

Account Settings

Select the checkbox next to each setting to turn it on or off. 

Settings Description
Only Managers can edit Bookmark Templates This will allow users to add/edit bookmark templates only if they have the Manager user rights.
Enforce Page Sign-Off order

This will enforce that the sign-off occurs in order when the Sign-Off Pages feature is used.

Custom Symbol Settings

This section allows you to upload an image file to add a custom symbol that is available to all users. You can also delete added images at any time. 

Add

  1. Click Add
  2. Drag/drop an image file or click to open a file browser.

Delete

  1. Click the name of the image file to be deleted. 
  2. Click Delete

Users

This section allows you to add, modify, and delete users. 

Info

  • Every Seat added uses 1 paid license. The user must activate their account and create their own login credentials. View the Install and Activate TicTie Calculate article for more information on this process. 
  • License Seats Allocated shows how many licenses are being used. seats allocated.png

Add User

Follow the steps below to add a new user.

  1. Click Users in the left side panel. 
  2. Click Add User.
  3. Enter the user's Email. 
  4. Enter the user's First Name and Last Name. 
  5. Select the user's Rights.
    • User: Has access to the plugin, but cannot edit users or settings. 
    • ManagerHas access to the plugin and can edit users and settings. 
  6. Click Save.

Import From File 

Use the CSV template attached at the bottom of this article to create the CSV file used to upload. 

Please note:

To avoid issues with the upload, do not change any of the column headers. 

  1. Click Import Users From File.
  2. Drag/drop or click on the box to upload a file. 
  3. Click Import

Edit or Delete

  1. Click Modify to edit the user details. 
    • Email cannot be edited. The user would need to be deleted and re-added. 
  2. Click Delete to delete the user.

Reset Password

A Manager on the account can send the user a password reset email.

After logging in, the Manager can follow the steps below:

  1. Click Reset Password for the appropriate user. 
  2. Click OK

There is no reset password option for users who have not set up their account using their activation email. 

My Profile

Your Information

This section allows you to view your information and change your password.

Important

If you need to change your email, a user with Manager rights must delete and re-add you. 

Change Password 

  1. Click Change Password.
  2. Enter your old password.
  3. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  4. Click Submit.

Please note:

If you are unable to log in to change your password, you can reset your password by clicking the Forgot Password? button. For instructions, see our Change or Reset Password article.

This section contains the installation links. It is important that you select the correct link for your Adobe® version. 

If you do not see the plug-in after installation, we recommend you view TicTie Missing from Adobe®.. for troubleshooting steps. You can also email support@safesend.com for further assistance.
