Online Account Version 6.x

TicTie Calculate version 6.x only. See our How to Check Your Version article for more information. 

The SafeSend portion of TicTie Calculate allows Managers to add/edit bookmark templates and update account settings. Once you have permission to use TTC, you can access the online portion from your SafeSend dashboard.

Bookmarks

You can create custom bookmark templates or edit existing templates. 

Create New Template

  1. Click Bookmarks in the left panel. 
  2. Click Add Template
  3. Enter a Template Name
  4. Click a Child Bookmark.
  5. Enter a Bookmark Name to rename it. 
  6. Click the Allow Custom Name checkbox to allow end users to edit the name during bookmark placement (optional). 
  7. Use the Bookmark Tools bar to add, delete, move, indent, expand or collapse bookmarks. 
    • When the Add button is clicked a child bookmark is created called New Bookmark under the currently selected bookmark. 
  8. Click Save once the template is completed.
    • This adds the template to your list of templates, and you can see them in the Tic,Tie Calculate tool in Adobe®. 

Existing Template Options 

  1. Click Edit to change the template as outlined above.
  2. Click Delete to permanently delete the template.
  3. Click Duplicate to duplicate the Bookmark Template. 
    • It appears as a new line item in the Bookmark Template list. 

Custom Symbols

This section allows you to upload an image file to add a custom symbol that is available to all users. You can also delete images at any time. 

Add

  1. Click Custom Symbols in the left panel. 
  2. Click Upload.
  3. Enter a Custom Symbol Name
  4. Drag/drop a supported file type or click Choose File
  5. Click Save.

Edit

  1. Click Preview to see the custom symbol image. 
  2. Click Delete to delete the custom symbol OR
  3. Check the custom symbol(s) you wish to delete
  4. Click the Trash icon. 

Settings
  1. Click Settings in the left panel. 
  2. Click the checkbox to enforce that the sign-off occurs in order when the Sign-Off Pages feature is used.
