How to check if your version of Adobe Acrobat® is 32-bit or 64-bit

TicTie Calculate version 4.6 is only compatible with 32-bit versions of Adobe Acrobat®. To check your installed version, follow the steps below.

Adobe Acrobat®

1. Click Menu in the top-left corner. 
2. Click Help.
3. Click About Adobe Acrobat®. . . 
4. View the bit version of your Adobe Acrobat® installation. 
   • If you do not see the bit version, you can click the version number to move through different display options. 

Task Manager

1. Launch Adobe Acrobat®.
2. Open the task manager on your PC. 
3. Look for Adobe Acrobat® under Processes. 
   • The line item will show if the opened program is 32-bit or 64-bit. 

TicTie Calculate version 4.6 cannot be used with 64-bit versions of Adobe Acrobat®. To get a 32-bit version, please visit the Adobe Acrobat® website. To upgrade your version of TicTie Calculate at no additional cost, please reach out to [e-mail].
