Purchasing and Renewing Licenses

TicTie Calculate version 5.x only. See our How to Check Your Version article for more information. 

If additional seats or users need to be purchased on your account, or if your current account has expired and needs renewed, follow the steps below. This way we can ensure minimal interruption to your user experience.  

1. Visit www.safesend.com 
2. Click Solutions. 
3. Click TicTie Calculate.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page. 
5. Select the appropriate option to purchase, add licenses, or renew.
6. For existing accounts, enter your email address.
7. Click Submit.
8. Update Quantity as needed. 
9. Click Checkout.
10. Enter your Billing Information.
11. Enter your Payment Details. 
12. Click Complete Order.
