TicTie Calculate (TTC) may not be automatically added as a shortcut even if installed. If you do not see TTC in your Adobe® tools, please follow these steps:
- Click Tools.

Locate TicTie Calculate and click Add.
- The Add-ons section appears at the bottom.
If you do not see TicTie Calculate in the Tools menu, please follow the steps below:
- Ensure System Requirements are met.
- Ensure Adobe® is not running when trying to install TTC.
- Ensure you are logged in to your Acrobat® account.

Check Adobe® security settings.
- De-select Enable Protected Mode at startup
- Ensure 3rd party plugins are allowed under Edit > Preferences > General.
- Under the Help menu in Adobe®, check for updates and repair the installation.
- If Adobe® Reader is installed, uninstall Reader and TTC, then re-install TTC.
- Make sure your .NET framework is up to date. You can download the latest version from Microsoft® here:
- Ensure the Currently in Certified Mode section shows No.
- If the Currently in Certified Mode section shows Yes, uninstall and reinstall TicTie Calculate.
- This indicates Adobe® does not recognize that the plug-in is installed.
