TicTie Calculate Missing from Adobe® After Install

TicTie Calculate version 5.x and 6.x only. See our How to Check Your Version article for more information.

TicTie Calculate (TTC) may not be automatically added as a shortcut even if installed. If you do not see TTC in your Adobe® tools, please follow these steps:

  1. Click Tools.
  2. Locate TicTie Calculate and click Add.
    • The Add-ons section appears at the bottom.

If you do not see TicTie Calculate in the Tools menu, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Ensure System Requirements are met.
  2. Ensure Adobe® is not running when trying to install TTC. 
  3. Ensure you are logged in to your Acrobat® account. 
  4. Check Adobe® security settings.
  5. Under the Help menu in Adobe®, check for updates and repair the installation.
  6. If Adobe® Reader is installed, uninstall Reader and TTC, then re-install TTC. 
  7. Make sure your .NET framework is up to date. You can download the latest version from Microsoft® here:
  8. Ensure the Currently in Certified Mode section shows No
    • If the Currently in Certified Mode section shows Yes, uninstall and reinstall TicTie Calculate. 
    • This indicates Adobe® does not recognize that the plug-in is installed.
