How to Check Your Version of TicTie Calculate

There are currently 3 versions of TicTie Calculate available.

Version 4.6 is available for users who may not want to upgrade to version 5.x. 

Version 5.x is a stand-alone product that offers online license management and custom bookmark template creation. 

Version 6.x is offered as part of the SafeSend Suite Preferred Tier that also includes online options to manage users and create custom bookmark templates. 

To determine which version you have, click the TicTie Calculate menu in Adobe®. 

Version 4.6

Version 4.6 displays Version 4.5 in the TicTie Calculate menu. Our Development team is aware of this discrepancy. 

Version 4.6 also has an Activate option. This version requires a key, not a username/password. 

Version 5.x

Version 5.x is a stand-alone product with an online portal to manage users and settings. 

Version 5.x and 6.x have a sign-in/sign-out option. They also have a Manage Account option. 

Click Check for Update to confirm the version number. 

Version 6.x

Version 6.x is included as part of the SafeSend Suite Preferred Tier. To see if you have access to TicTie Calculate, an Administrator on your SafeSend account can check your tier under Account Management > My Company section. 

1. Click the navigation icon in the top right-hand corner. 
2. Click Account Management. 
3. View your Subscription Tier.
