System Requirements

TicTie Calculate version 5.x and 6.x. See our How to Check Your Version article for more information. 

This article lists the minimum system requirements necessary to use TicTie Calculate, from the operating system to the framework required for the program to run.  TicTie Calculate will run on most modern versions of Adobe Acrobat®, as described below.

Operating System

TicTie Calculate works with the following operating systems:

• Windows® Vista
• Windows® 7
• Windows® 8
• Windows® 10
• Windows® 11

.NET Framework

Make sure your .NET framework is up to date when installing TicTie Calculate version 6.x. If it's not, the plug-in may not appear after installing. You can download the latest version from Microsoft® here:

• 64 bit Adobe®: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-6.0.35-windows-x64-installer
• 32 bit Adobe®: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-6.0.35-windows-x86-installer 

Adobe Acrobat®

TicTie Calculate is an Adobe Acrobat® plug‐in. It requires Adobe Acrobat® to be installed on your computer. The following versions are supported in Standard and Pro:

Warning:

Your TicTie Calculate bit version must match your Adobe® bit version. See our How to check if your version of Adobe Acrobat® is 32-bit or 64-bit article. 

• Adobe Acrobat® 2020 or higher
• Adobe Acrobat® DC

Important:

• TicTie Calculate is not compatible with any version of Adobe Acrobat® Reader.
