The Ruler tool was designed to help a preparer go through line items in a PDF source document quickly and easily.
- Select the Ruler option in the TicTie Calculate toolbar.
- Click the blue checkmark to change the color and opacity.
- Place the cursor at either end of the ruler and drag the arrow to adjust to the size of the ruler.
- Click the Ruler icon again to remove it.
